In today's business world, creating a minimum viable product (MVP) is increasingly becoming a necessary step for entrepreneurs and businesses to ensure a successful launch. However, simply developing an MVP is not enough; rather, it is important to design a product that not only appeals to users but also influences and drives their behaviors. This is where the importance of a behavioral perspective comes into play. This course is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills required to identify the key behaviors that their product needs to drive in order to gain user engagement and traction. Through a variety of models, students will learn how to identify and analyze a user's motivation, abilities, and triggers, which play a crucial role in shaping their behavior. The course material will cover the basics of our methodology and how they can be applied to MVP development. Key topics will include identifying target behaviors, setting goals, behavioral design, prototyping, and MVP definition. Additionally, the course will explore tools and methods that can be used to measure and track user behavior and how to interpret data to optimize their product.
